How long will it take to process my order?
The gallery and store are open from Thursday – Saturday, and we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However we are a small team so please allow up to 7 days for us to pack your order.
Packaging
All orders are carefully wrapped and all unique works, prints and works on paper are protected by acid-free tissue paper. We re-use as much packaging as possible and where possible we try to use sustainable and environmentally friendly packing materials.
UK Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight and shipping service.
Most items will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Items worth £750 and over, will be sent via DHL.
International Shipping
Slugtown will ship to any UK and international address.
At this time, if you would like to ship to an international address, once placing your order we will contact you for a bespoke shipping quote.
Please note that buyers are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, duties or other taxes applicable to this transaction.
Refunds and Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact.slugtown@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
