When is the last day to order before Christmas 2023?
The last day to order for pre-Christmas delivery in the UK is Monday 18 December 2023. For international orders, please get in touch with us before placing an order!
Orders placed after 18 December will be processed once we return from our Winter Break on 4 January 2024.
How long will it take to process my order?
The gallery and store are open from Thursday – Saturday, and we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However we are a small team so please allow up to 7 days for us to pack your order.
Packaging
All orders are carefully wrapped and all unique works, prints and works on paper are protected by acid-free tissue paper. We re-use as much packaging as possible and where possible we try to use sustainable and environmentally friendly packing materials.
UK Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight and shipping service.
Items less than £10 will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class post.
Items between £10 – £1000 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.
Buyers of orders of £1000 and over will be contacted via email to arrange a quote for delivery.
International Shipping
Slugtown will ship to any UK and international address.
At this time, if you would like to ship to an international address, once placing your order we will contact you for a bespoke shipping quote.
Please note that buyers are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, duties or other taxes applicable to this transaction.
What happens at the end of November?
All donated works will be live on this page from 1 – 30 November 2023. At the end of November, all unsold work will be returned to artists.
Once the Fundraiser is over, at the end of November, this website will become Slugtown Store – where we will continue to support emerging and early career artists through sale of original works, prints, editions, and much much more.
Refunds and Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact.slugtown@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
